Amadeo II construction update : result

Construction of Amadeo II ended last October and the first tenants moved in on November 1st. Some last finishing works have been done during the last month, particularly the complete installation and start up of the geothermal heat pump. As for Amadeo, the system works flawlessly thanks to the excellent quality of the products we use and the excellence of the team installing it.

Fences in Amadeo II are the same as Amadeo for keeping harmony.

Living rooms
We found very nice tiles for the floors of Amadeo II. Doors are light beech.

We chose a simple yet elegant design for the bathrooms.

Staircase
We chose a warm yellow in the staircase and tiles with some warn orange. The result is very pleasant. Fences are brushed aluminum.

Geothermal heating and cooling system
The geothermal heating and cooling system in Amadeo II is made of :
- Energy source : 5 vertical probes (Rehau RAUGEO) of 100 meters each, forming a vertical closed loop of 2 km.
- Energy production : a geothermal heat pump (Rehau GEO) of 30kW for heat production coupled with a storage buffer of 750 liters. Cooling is done through a passive exchanger.
- Heating and cooling distribution : hydronic, low-temperature, radiant underfloor loops.
The insulation of pipes has been left for later has the focus was on the start up.

A buffer of 750 liters provides accumulation of heat in the geothermal system of Amadeo II.
