Amadeo (1st low-energy residential building in Belgrade)
First residential low-energy building in Belgrade, Amadeo offers 11 apartments in a beautiful realization, with a level of quality never seen in Belgrade before. Amadeo combines energy efficiency and rewenable energy with a geothermal heating system. Construction started in June 2008 and is now completed.
Amadeo II
Second phase of the Amadeo project, Amadeo II offers 12 apartments from studios to 2-bedrooms. It replicates the same quality and energy saving as Amadeo. Floor heating and cooling with geothermal energy, natural ventilation, healthy and outstanding thermal insulation.
