Preparation

We passed today an important milestone for Amadeo! The Municipal Office of Zvezdara delivered us the certificate that the preliminary design of Amadeo is in compliance with the detailed regulation plan. That means that Amadeo project has been accepted by the municipality. That is the biggest milestone for obtaining the building permit. Now, only the ownership papers of the land remain to be checked.

As soon as this morning, we resubmitted Amadeo in the municipal office for the proper building permit. In the next few days, the ownership papers of Amadeo's land will be checked and, probably next week, we will receive the building permit. This last step is the only one that is guaranted to be not more than 15 days. So we know what to expect.
