Amadeo won special prize in the Investment of the Year Award Amadeo, the first low-energy residential building in Serbia, is amongst the 3 projects awarded during AUREA 2009, the Investment of the Year event. Milena Gojković-Mestre, director of Kuće Beodom, received the prize from Božidar Đelić, Deputy Prime Minister, Ministry of Science and Technological Development, who came in person for the ceremony.

Amadeo project received the special acknowledgement for Social Cause and Usefulness, one of the 3 awards of the AUREA 2009 ceremony.

During his speach, Božidar Đelić insisted that the nominated projects were very important for Serbia, particularly in the area of sustainable development. He also said that those projects should be helped and promoted in any way.

Regarding the development of low-energy buildings, there are many things the government of Serbia could do to help, and Minister Božidar Đelić told us several initiatives are in the work.
